Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Question: Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within the continental United States and Canada. We focus on providing the best possible service and fastest delivery locally.

Question: How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can check your package status anytime.

Question: What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Check your tracking link first for updates. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact us with your order number, and we’ll help locate it or provide a solution.

Question: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

Question: What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or you simply change your mind, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
